How do I change my password?

I can't login to my account
We are sorry to hear this, chances are it is a forgotten or mis-typed password. Please try resetting your password (follow the instructions above) and if that does not work then please contact us.
I can't access any content
This could be because you are not currently logged-in, so that is the first step. Navigate to the Sign-in page and log-in to your account. If you are still having trouble then head over to your Account page where you will find more details about the state of your account. From there you can re-subscribe or process any outstanding charges. If you are still having trouble then please contact us.
How do I update my credit card?
- 1Navigate to your Account page.
- 2Click the Billing Method tab.
- 3Click the Add new credit card button.
- 4Add your new card details in the form, making sure to check the make default checkbox.
- 5Click the save button to store your new card.
- 6Your new credit card details will be stored ready for your next charge. Feel free to delete any old cards that remain.
